Accommodations

Each condo has secure Wi-Fi, a stereo with CD/DVD and a large HD flat panel TV with cable that includes movie and sports channels. Our master bedrooms also have flat panel TVs.

The kitchens are beautifully remodeled with granite countertops and are fully equipped with full-size refrigerators, dishwashers, trash compactors, ranges and microwaves.  They are fully stocked with dishes, glassware, silverware, serving pieces, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, and blender. Each unit also has a washer and dryer.

Kitchen amenities include: coffee, coffee filters, sugar, salt/pepper, foil, plastic wrap, baggies, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets.

Each condo has gorgeous remodeled bathrooms with tumbled marble showers or bathtub surround, granite countertops on sink vanities, and our riverfront unit has a separate make-up vanity and seated shower.

Amenities included in our bathrooms: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet tissue.

Each condo also comes complete with all bed linens and towels.  Please bring your own beach towels for the river.

Six River Run inner tubes are included in each condo with a pump for your use on the Comal River only.

As you can see, the only thing missing is YOU!

Unit A113

This lovely condo is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath unit. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a private bath. The secondary bedroom also has a comfy queen bed and a bath across the hall. The living room has a sectional sofa with a queen sofa bed. The dining area has a table with leather seating for 4 and seating for 2 more at the counter height bar. This unit also has a patio with a river view.

This  Condo Sleeps a Maximum of 6 Adults
